Riley is the Case Management Coordinator at Rocky Mountain Equality. In 2019, she obtained her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and travelled widely before landing back in Denver, CO to attend the Graduate School of Social Work at University of Denver. At DU, Riley focused her MSW education in the area of Organizational Leadership & Policy Practice.

In this capacity, she has worked for non-profits and healthcare systems to research & develop training programs and community initiatives with the goal of promoting LGBTQIA+ wellness & allyship by enhancing knowledge of community specific topics.

Her practice remains guided by the belief that diversity is a strength, and she is steadfast in her efforts to extend aid to community members in Boulder and beyond. Outside of this work, Riley enjoys baking (and sharing!) vegan sweets, watching dog videos, hugging trees, and thrifting vintage mugs that she has absolutely no room for.
