Ruby Guardado is a dedicated advocate and scholar from Westminster, Colorado. Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at the esteemed University of Colorado Boulder, Ruby combines her academic pursuits with a passion for social justice, emphasizing the importance of intersectionality.

Alongside her major in Psychology, she has also dedicated her academic journey to understanding the complexities of our diverse world by minoring in Ethnic Studies. With a strong background in education, Ruby has previously contributed her expertise to CU Boulder's Pre-collegiate Program, where she made a positive impact on the lives of aspiring students.

Currently, Ruby serves as the Event Coordinator for UMAS Y MECHA, where her passion for inclusivity shines through. She is deeply committed to supporting and empowering BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, believing that her efforts will contribute to their betterment.

Outside of work, Ruby embraces her love for music by constantly learning to play new instruments. She finds joy in the rhythm of life through her passion for dancing, expresses her creativity on canvas through painting, and creates harmonious blends of music, reflecting her multifaceted talents and interests.
